After six years in San Rafael, Donna Seager Gallery, now Seager Gray Gallery opens in Mill Valley in November with an Inaugural Exhibition featuring new works by gallery favorites as well as some additions to the gallery stable. A reception for the artists is held on Saturday, November 12 from 5 to 8pm.

The date of the reception, November 12, is the exact date that Donna Seager hosted the inaugural exhibition six years ago of her gallery in San Rafael. The new gallery is a partnership with Suzanne Gray McSweeney, her Assistant Director of many years. The date for their inaugural exhibition falling on the same date as the original one was completely coincidental, but they consider it auspicious. In the six years since it opened, Donna Seager Gallery has become the premiere gallery in Marin County and their focus on artist books and book-related material has inspired a movement in artists working in that medium in the area.
