Kristen Garneau was introduced to Island Park, Idaho by her friends Pam and John McCosker. They visited every summer for some time. The Harriman Ranch is in Island Park, Idaho - a fly fishing destination, now a public recreation area located on 11,000 acre once a private retreat for the Harriman and Guggenheim families. It is located within the Henry’s Fork Caldera in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.
