The Chronicle Times is a newspaper artist’s book printed from 8 linocuts. Changes in our news delivery systems are suggested in some of the articles and some invented head- lines. Hand-carved rubber stamps show a few highlights of this history. The technique references the earliest form of book printing, images and text carved on the same block. The library newspaper stick implies something to be shared by many readers, and an aging format of communication. The fine print paper makes it into something to be saved and archived.
